Client feedback survey
Kettle Collective, an international architecture and design practice, appointed us to undertake a client feedback survey to support its growth ambitions and help define the direction of its future business and marketing strategy. The client team was based mainly in the Middle East, so we used our international network and foreign language speakers to ensure a smooth process.
We carried out tailored interviews with clients to understand their perception of Kettle Collective’s brand, its service offering, and where they saw value, differentiation or room for improvement. This provided a clear picture of the practice’s reputation and positioning.
The final report set out analysis and recommendations, including how Kettle Collective should communicate its multidisciplinary offer. We presented the findings to the wider team and produced a detailed marketing and communications strategy, which we subsequently delivered. This insight underpinned Kettle Collective’s marketing activity and supported the successful launch of its London office.
