Engineering, design and advisory firm, Buro Happold, appointed Holistic Insight to support the internal Client Experience Team to deliver its global client feedback programme.
International interview management
Holistic manages scheduling and undertakes interviews internationally by phone or virtual meetings. We use our network of on-the-ground consultants in countries such as Germany and Denmark and across the Middle East, all of whom are familiar with the local market. Interviews are then undertaken in the native language according to preference, before being passed onto the Buro Happold team, in English and the original language.
