Senior promotions at Holistic Group
We are delighted to announce three strategic promotions at Holistic Group.
Nicola Hanser, Lisa Northcott and Kim Taylor have all been promoted to director and will join Managing Director Sophie Eastwood in driving the success of the group through strong client relationships, service development and identifying new opportunities.
Holistic Insight is one of the Holistic Group companies alongside Holistic, an award-winning, strategic communications consultancy Holistic which specialises in the built environment and has been established for over 20 years. While Holistic Insight works across the B2B space, it also has a particular understanding of the built environment sector and often works with Holistic’s team on client projects, adding value and delivering stronger outcomes. Nicola will oversee the management board for Holistic Insight as part of her role, working alongside Sophie and senior consultant Suzie Aksun.
Sophie, MD of Holistic Group, said: “I am delighted to announce these very well deserved promotions. Nicola, Lisa and Kim have all been with the company for a long time and have made a great contribution to its success. Now, at a time when the group is going from strength to strength, they join the group board and the management boards of the individual businesses, bringing their exceptional skills and expertise as well as their drive and ambition to help achieve our goals. I am excited to see what we can do together.
“As a group, we pride ourselves on a strategic, holistic approach with a client focus on companies that have a positive purpose at heart. Our goal is to support their growth and success so they can have a greater impact and thrive. This mission drives the whole team and leads to a collaborative approach with clients and long-standing relationships. It also creates a team culture united by positive outcomes, a place where teamwork and creative ideas are encouraged and energy and enthusiasm celebrated! We look forward to working with more clients to transform their business.”
